About Us

We believe a rental home should never feel temporary.

Our homes are created for those looking to settle in, not simply stay. Each residence is thoughtfully designed with the same attention we would give to a home of our own—from the materials and finishes to the smallest details of how a space feels and functions day to day.

Based in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, our properties pair considered interiors with the character of one of New York’s most established residential neighborhoods: tree-lined streets, historic architecture, waterfront parks, local restaurants, and a sense of community that can be difficult to find elsewhere in the city.

We focus exclusively on long-term living because we believe luxury is more than beautiful design. It is privacy, comfort, quality, and the feeling of having a place that truly feels like home.

These are not spaces designed around turnover. They are homes designed to be lived in.
